Skills Expansion: General Skills

The General Skills aspect is in a good position currently with the maximum possible total in any stat after 3 tiers amounting to only 20% which is a very good bonus while 10 points gives 14% towards certain stats and 5 points gives 6% towards other stats all depending on the skill chosen.

However the main affixes awarded per rank give bonuses far beyond 20% giving these skills great utility!

Revamp on General Skills, it is now a skill tree of various masteries and all give their bonuses additionally per Ave. Equip Level which makes them function very well for a mod like LAO III!
Monster Mastery - health regen if surrounded by enemies
Mana Mastery - bonus to mana points per rank
Luck Mastery - bonus to experience gain per rank
Offensive Mastery - bonus to damage points per rank
Defensive Mastery - bonus to armor points per rank
Speed Mastery - bonus to run speed per rank ... This will be changed to Minion Mastery increasing Pet 'n Minion Damage by 1% per Ave. Equip Level.
Physical Mastery - bonus to physical damage per rank
Magical Mastery - bonus to magical damage per rank
Strength Mastery - bonus to strength stat points per rank
Dexterity Mastery - bonus to dexterity stat points per rank
Focus Mastery - bonus to focus stat points per rank
Vitality Mastery - bonus to vitality stat points per rank


The General Skills are designed to not be too powerful yet they give some very good affix boosts and were modded with the intention of helping players with various builds since they are available to all four original classes in this mod and provide efficient passives.

At this point after playing Torchlight 2 for 4 years original and modded... ignorant of mods and now wise with compatibility... the one thing I value the most-

-is being able to have "support" from the author of any mod.

I think the only advice I can give is that you don't burn yourself out. ^_^
