Problem with spawnclass and New_game_plus_lvl_match flag

Well, I have encountered a problem in my new mod, I used the new game plus level match property in the items so they scale with NG+, they scale in a perfect way, and the ones intented for NG+ and after only, with the min lvl dungeon, work right. All this was posted by Chthon in the Unhearted Arcana topic.

But the problem comes with an spawnclass I created so people could transmute other uniques into the ones from my mod, they don't spawn on NG+ in any form. I don't know if someone has encountered this issue, or used the New game plus level match feature.

Any help or coment is apreciated.  8)

Edit: Nevermind, I found a way a around it, I have to make the spawnclass ignore level range an that worked, but now the use average item level in the recipe is useless  :?
