Help us with info on missing Animations

We are trying to change the Weapon Requirements for many Vanilla Skills inside our "Skill Expansion" mod however we have an issue of missing animations (such as Shotgonne having no animation for the Fusillade Skill) and we are wondering if any of you have a solution for this need?

At this point after playing Torchlight 2 for 5 years original and modded... ignorant of mods and now wise with compatibility... the one thing I value the most-

-is being able to have "support" from the author of any mod.

I think the only advice I can give is that you don't burn yourself out. ^_^

What happens if you take the .skeleton file for that animation, and use it for the skill? 

I haven't poked around with guts and animations too much, but I think you can just assign it, or edit the dat files directly.

Thank you for the response, renaming the .skeleton files technique is not needed for the moment. My problem is actual animations that are not available in the game's data.

We are not yet been properly introduced. I'm doudley, I'm actively been modding various stuff for TL2, a few months now, and my proudest work are my human companion mods, the Brother-in-Arms and Warbounds. Even with the vast portion of the game's data I've explored and modified, I'm still very limited on what I can do. With no programming and 3D expertise, I still try to enjoy all of this with my over-due borrowed low-end laptop. ;D

What I need is a Shotgonne animation that resembles the fusillade's cannon animation (Start and Loop). I also need help with engineer's Emberquake and Flame Hammer be used for fist weapons.
