Yeah PJ. This utility does not convert mods, it does scraping/parsing all text information in files. After that, the program makes it possible to conveniently translate all this text and generate a translation dat-file.

Ok, I was wondering if my Syl skin had the same glitch with the animations, and It has. It's just a fraction of a second so you won't notice if you don't pay attention, but is there. The issue seems to happen when the animation rotation changes from one animation into the same, for example Pistol1  ->  Pistol2 -> Pistol1 won't make the glitch appear, but pistol1  -> pistol1  -> pistol1 make the glitch happen on every inbetween

Ok, so I have been testing the animation glitch so here is my experience with it:
@Kva3imoda say it right, if a player models has no wardrobe base or has wardrobe set to false,  the animation glitch is going to happen.
I tried this with my Syl model, but using her texture as a wardrobe base made the game glitch the model as if it wouldn't load, just like @Vkoslak . The issue was that my texture had alpha transparency, after deleting the alpha channel on the texture it worked, and my model load properly and without the glitch.
But then I got the last part, since now my model has wardrobe ON and working, equiped items show on her... but to fix this, I only added a RACE to her. I didn't have to edit any items or even the wardrobe file, just adding the RACE to player unit made that the armor stay hidden.
So the conclusion to make a non-wardobable player:
<STRING>WARDROBE_BASE:[PNG Texture without alpha, size doesn't matter]
<STRING>RACE:[Anything works excepts HUMAN]
There is one thing I haven't tested if is needed or not, but my model has its material named NPC_Syl/Chest like a PC model, even if it doesn't has submeshes.

Well, I'm against the cooldowns, this is a newer mechanic that appeared in Diablo3, but the classic games didn't have that. This is one of the classic features of TL2. But mods creates to make something new and non-standard. If you have something to show and do something interesting for players, then do it.

While I was wasting my time and making my mod, a new genre of games appeared in the world. And I'm talking about Souls-like games.  8) I know for sure that we cannot make a real Souls-like game, but we can try to make a Souls-like-like game.

And here is my new plan!  :D

1. We need a unique dark and gloomy dungeons.
2. Dungeons should be expandable in the future.
3. No generated monsters.
4. Simple and clear progress system
5. Simple and clear combat system
6. Simple crafting system
7. Less items but more logic and quality

Technically, we are talking about Metroidvania with RPG elements and crafting.

Time is running, gentlemen, time is running...  8)  Almost 7 years

  Last year I burned out and lost my inspiration and interest.  But this is not the end.  ;D

  When I decided to make this Dark Palace mod, I did not know how long it would take and how difficult it would be to do. But this work gave me a lot of experience and it was fun.

  I made 2 big mistakes when planning my work:
Firstly - мy mod is too global for one person. I have a lot of characters, I have a lot of new ideas, concepts and mechanics.
Secondly - I decided to use new generated locations and I lost a lot of time editing chunks.

And that's what I tell you guys. Never make a global mod alone.  :D
